Rene holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Insead. He has 25 years of experience in banking, substantially as a natural resources banker within ABN AMRO. During his tenure at the bank, Rene focused on Corporate Finance, Financial Structuring and Credit Supply. He has been stationed in London, Hong Kong, Houston and Amsterdam.

Marco holds a Master degree in Mining Engineering and a business degree from Rotterdam School of Management. He has over 25 years experience in 15 mining projects in Australia, Europe, Africa and South America. During this time Marco held various senior mine management and project development positions with BHP Billiton, Ashanti Goldfields and others. His experience and interest is in mine development, optimisation and reconstruction.
